Delivered with Safe Drop - Orders will be left in a safe place if possible and there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the order cannot be left in a safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of collection details.

Once the order has been shipped, we take no responsibility for delays in delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, payment clearance/verification and availability of stock
We allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders will be shipped with Australia Post therefore standard shipping is 1-7 Business days.

During sale, promotional events or specific holidays, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
Remember to allow up to 21 days for delivery especially around peak times such as Christmas. Please consider that Public Holidays and weekends may also delay delivery times.
If it has been longer than 10 working days and you have checked your tracking number provided with delivery confirmation. Tracking is done via the Australia Post website - online tracking section. Sometimes orders may not have be carded correctly at the residence, or have been misplaced, and the item may be waiting at the closest Post office for collection. Please contact Rustic Urban Soap Co via email (rusticurbansoapco@gmail.com) if this does not work, and we will get back to you in 24 hours in Business Hours.
Do you allow orders to be picked up?
As we do not have a store front, collection of orders can pose difficult at times. We have been able to partner with numerous businesses to allow collection of orders, however this is subject to their trading hours.
Orders can be collected from our designated collection point in Kingaroy, Qld, by prior arrangement only. Simply select pickup at checkout, and call the number provided on the order confirmation to organise a date and time for collection.
Orders placed for pickup without prior arrangement will be posted out at buyers expense per shipping charges. An email will be sent with details.
Allow 2-3 business day for order preparation. Orders can be collected Monday through Friday only, 9am to 3pm unless under extreme circumstances.
Do you offer international postage?
Currently we only sell within Australia and therefore, do not offer international orders or shipping.
Do you offer local delivery?
Rustic Urban Co does not currently offer local delivery at this time. Local delivery within the South Burnett was trialed and was not deemed to be possible. However, this may change in the future.
