Happy Hippie is a bright, colourful, and cheery soap, a burst of celebration and freedom. Brighten your day with this happy bar scented with combining a floral burst of tiger lily, jasmine and rose with the typical down to earth patchouli scent and subtle hints of amber, sandalwood and fresh blackberry. 
 
Cold processed soaps are handmade by us in small batches which means that there may be variations in colours and patterns. They are left to cure for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to availability for purchase.
 
Why Happy Hippie?
The inspiration for this soap came from the classic images from the 60's, the Vietnam war was occuring (from mid 50's to mid 70's), American troops were sent over, Woodstock took place (chanting in the mud), and the world was changing. During the late 60's to early 70's was the era of "Flower Power" coined by poet Allen Ginsberg, as a symbol to passive resistance and peaceful protests against the war, using demonstrations in a peaceful manner instead of the traditional threat induced phycological fear that protests would normally evoke.
